Children become familiar with technology and learn how to use computers

According to the article published on Biztech Africa, Therisanyo Primary School children, who have been learning how to use computers at the Innovation Africa conference, say the practice has been an eye opener.

The school, which is situated within one of Gaborone slums called Old Naledi, has no computer teaching facilities and most of the handpicked 30 or so pupils have never been near a computer in their lives.

Botswana: CAAB donates computers

According to an article published on Daily News, Civil Aviation Authority of Botswana (CAAB) on August 27 donated 12 computers and six printers to some schools in Kgalagadi South constituency.
